Surround yourself with time

~ wear a watch, display clocks in your house, desk, car

~ use schedules, alarms, notifications to keep you on track

~ nurture plants/pets/kids to watch them grow overtime

~ travel to time-oriented cities and organize an itinerary

Practice time patterns

~ routines: sleep, exercise, chores, eating, work, social

~ play an instrument, cook/bake, watch tv series & movies

~ watch the sunrises/sunsets, notice seasons, moon cycles, tide levels

Preserve and build your memory

~ record your life: photos, videos, voice memos, journaling, story-telling, even mental images

~ avoid memory-impairing substances

Interconnect with people

~ hanging out, social media, texting, calling, post cards
